What is a dedicated incoming channel?
|

Dedicated incoming channel is assigned to a phone number and thus it can only be used for receiving incoming calls made to a particular number.
|
|
|
Can I add more dedicated channels?
|
|
There is no option to add more dedicated channels at the moment. Alternatively, you can enable 'No Busy/Burst Capacity' or purchase additional Floating channels.
