How long will I wait before a phone number will become active?
All phone numbers are activated instantly. The only exception is phone numbers from countries where a documented proof of local address is required. Phone numbers from such countries will be allocated instantly, however, the number will be able to receive calls after we receive and approve a documented proof of address.
What countries require a proof of address?
CROATIA, FRANCE, GERMANY, IRELAND, NETHERLANDS, NORWAY, SINGAPORE. In those countries an official document with a local address will be required before a phone number can receive incoming calls. A document could be a copy of your passport, utility bill, article of a business incorporation/formation etc. The important part is the address should match the one provided during phone number order. The document will be reviewed by a local carrier before the number will be activated. The address assigned to the number must be current at all times.
Can I select a phone number?
All phone numbers are assigned at random. Currently there is no way to pick a number. We are working with our carrier to introduce that option however there is no ETA when and if it will be implemented.
How many concurrent calls can I receive on my Anveo Phone Number?
See Incoming Channels/Capacity sub-section.
Can I forward incoming calls to SIP, Skype, Phone etc ?

Currently incoming calls can be forwarded to Anveo Call Flow, Anveo Communicator, another phone number (PSTN), SIP device (IP Phone, soft phone, softswitch) or external SIP URI. Using Call Flow it is possible to configure failover/no answer options.

What is Service Unlimited phone number rate plan?
Service Unlimited rate plan is designed for wholesales, call centers, calling card providers and other service providers. Service Unlimited rate plan does NOT come with any incoming channels. Incoming channels needs to be purchased separately so the number can receive incoming calls.
I occasionally work from home and receive work related calls. Is that a business use?
Yes it is. When a phone number is used to receive incoming calls for business purposes it is considered a business use and thus require a proper rate plan.
Can I receive FAX on my Anveo Phone Number?
